Ghost Ranch Benedict*
I'm so indecisive when it comes to choosing sweet or savory for breakfast. As tempting as the tres leches french toast was, the benedict was a tad more alluring. What a great decision by me! The flavor profile was excellent and had the perfect amount of heat for a southwestern style benedict. The integrity of the corn bread and the egg were pristine and the avocado balanced out the heat. The arugula salad was also well dressed (very tasty). I'm kind of glad I filled up on chips and dips (also delicious) and froze so that way I could take half of it home for later! Would definitely recommend to my friends looking for a new brunch/food spot!
Short Rib
OMG. The short ribs were so good. Polenta was perfect. Dark sauce. no knife needed. One of my favorite places and dishes to order. Margies were perfect also.
Cowboy Steak
Absolutely delicious! Steak was cooked perfectly. First time there and I will definitely be back!
Chilaquiles*
Their chips are really yummy, white corn i think. Chicken is fantastic , really tasty. Tomatoes, red onion, poblano garnish adds a nice touch, big portion, can share!! Frose Rita also fabulous
Queso Fundido
This is must have appetizer! It's baked to perfection. We've been ordering this appetizer for a couple of years and it always leaves us wanting to return for more. The queso paired with amazing cocktails (like the lavender lemonade) and delicious dinner entries (we've tried them all and they're each fantastic!) makes for an amazing date night! Highly recommend!
Chile Relleno
My meal was top notch. Never had such a good tasty chile relleno! And the atmosphere made it even taste better!
Aztec Cake
The best in town . So good. Chicken is anazing. I come out from calif just for the aztec cake
Sampler Platter
Our favorite restaurant in Tempe!! Ghost Ranch is my husband and I's go to restaurant for happy hour, a date night, or brunch. Our favorites include the cheese crisp (under-rated!), the Frose-Rita, cucumber and jalapeño margarita, the sampler platter, the chilaquiles, the sonoran hot dog, and the chicken enchiladas. The verde sauce used on the enchiladas and chilaquiles is out of this world! We often share the sampler platter and a couple of appetizers, the sampler platter has a bit of everything with the highlight being the perfectly cooked skirt steak. Highly recommend and it wont be long before you see us again!
Green Chile Burger*
Amazing!!! Burger was fantastic down to the bun and perfectly cooked. The ranchos papas were also delicious, I will get them as a side every time!
